FairTest Executive Director Monty Neill will present and lead a discussion in three parts:

1) what is wrong with current testing and accountability;

2) what are some educationally sound goals in these areas; and

3) action steps at local, state and federal levels to overcome the problems and win the goals, such as building on the national Resolution on High-Stakes Testing.
